This is a 90-minute session, generally provided on Zoom, during which Brian will work with you on any yoga or mindful movement issue on which you wish to focus.

This 60-minute class on Stetson University's College of Law campus is for students, faculty, and staff. Brian Larson (visiting distinguished professor at Stetson this year) is your teacher. It is free, but you must register with your Stetson email or Brian will cancel your reservation. Sessions are in the Mann Lounge, unless otherwise indicated.
The class is for all levels, from absolute beginner to seasoned veteran! Most sessions will include some "flow," where we move in time with our breath, and some poses held longer to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and physical balance and alignment. Each pose has variations, and the full expression of your pose is the form that allows you to observe your body, your breathing, and your thoughts; that helps you to show your body compassion and gratitude; and that challenges you without strain. We will always conclude with a few minutes of silent mindfulness.
Wear comfortable clothes that do not constrain your body movements; we practice barefoot on our mats, unless you have yoga or pilates socks. Mats, blocks, and straps are provided.
